Kentucky Early Childhood Development Scholarship

The Kentucky Early Childhood Development Scholarship offers education to those working in ECE. This includes those pursuing a Commonwealth Child Care Credential, Child Development Associate, Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education or related program, or Director's Credential.

Learn the Signs. Act Early.

Milestones matter! CDC’s “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” program encourages parents and providers to learn the signs of healthy development, monitor every child’s early development, and take action when there is a concern. The program offers free checklists, children’s books, an app and other tools to make developmental monitoring practical and easy.


The Early Childhood Orientation OnLine is an online option for the 6-hour orientation for new early care and education staff.

The Partnership for Early Childhood Services

supports high quality services for children and families through the active engagement of early care and education providers in lifelong learning, and continuous quality improvement advanced by collaborative research.
